Thai yoga massage combines acupressure with assisted yoga postures.

In traditional Thai yoga massage, the recipient remains clothed while the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. The practitioner uses thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to create a dance of movement on the body, which is part massage and part assisted yoga.  The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, physical and mental wellbeing. Treatments take place on a futon on the floor.  Please dress as you would for an exercise class in soft, stretchy, comfortable clothes.

All treatments take place at Robyn’s Yoga Studio: 28 Milsom Street, Bath, BA11DG

Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays - 1.30-3.00 (£80)
