Testimonials:

“I had the most wonderful weekend, never having been on a retreat before, I loved it, and felt renewed when I got home ready to face various stresses and strains with curiosity and kindness. The whole experience was carried out/ designed with such sensitivity and respect for everyone’s individuality and needs and it was such fun too… lovely people … sunshine… trees… landscape… birds….”

“'A magical and restorative weekend. Thirteen like-minded people were gently guided by Ruth whose teaching combines careful instruction in the art of yoga and thoughtful snippets of mindful philosophy. The setting was perfect too, a fine old farmhouse and outbuildings lovingly converted, in a very beautiful part of Dorset.'

“My second time coming to this retreat and I have yet again, come away feeling rested, rejuvenated and full of a poised energy. It was a perfect weekend from the location, the amazing food, the walks, the company, the stunning countryside and of course the yoga which Ruth leads in a beautifully inclusive, caring and practical way.”
