The union of breath, body and mind.

Mindfulness is at the heart of every yoga class I teach and every Thai yoga massage treatment I give.  Students in my classes can expect a slow flowing practice with an emphasis on alignment, breath and precision of movement.  My hope is that students leave feeling challenged but also relaxed, nourished and completely confident in their abilities.  Contact me to find out more about my classes and workshops, or to book a Thai yoga massage treatment.
